Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Bundl.run is a free Mac app directory and install-script generator, built and run by Engaze. This policy explains what data the website collects, which third parties receive it, and the choices you have. Bundl.run does not require an account, and we never see, track, or log the terminal commands you run on your Mac.

2. Data we collect

Your app selection: the apps you pick are kept in your browser's Local Storage so they survive a page refresh. That list stays on your device. The install command is built in your browser.

App requests and submissions: if you send us an app request or a launch submission, we store what you type into that form, including an email address if you give one, so we can review it and reply.

Usage data: the analytics and advertising services listed below collect information such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolls, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type. They use cookies and similar technologies to do this.

3. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and which pages are popular. It sets first-party cookies (such as _ga). You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the site (heatmaps and session replays) so we can fix confusing pages. Clarity masks text you type into forms. Microsoft and we use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

Bundl.run shows ads served by Google AdSense to keep the site free.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads or non-essential cookies are used, through a Google-certified consent message. You can change your choice at any time from that message.

5. Downloads and other third parties

When you run a generated script, your Mac connects directly to Homebrew and to each app's vendor to download installers. Bundl.run does not proxy those downloads and does not receive data from them. App icons are fetched through our image service from public logo providers.

6. Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the opt-outs above, or clear Local Storage to remove your saved app selection. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.

7. Children

Bundl.run is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
